In the early 1970s, recognizing the potential of the now prolific Baseball Cap as a promotional tool, U.S. farming supply companies began giving away embellished caps to farmers and truck drivers. The crown height was increased and the front panel widened to accommodate logos, creating the distinctive silhouette that became synonymous with Blue Collar workers and a symbol of Americana.

The cap's long peak and breathable mesh back provide exceptional sun protection and sweat absorption. As a result, it became an enduring feature in the uniforms of truck drivers, rural workers, and engineers.
